Professionally I'm a veteran marketer (Since 2005) who started their career as a software developer (in the late 1990s).

I like solving really hard problems, especially when they require analytical thinking, creative ideas, and human psychology.

I'm currently between jobs, though have been head of marketing at four different B2B SaaS startups (three of which were acquired), so I've gained quite a bit of experience and knowledge growing B2B startups.

I like working at smaller companies because I get to work on both strategic challenges (ie what we should be doing and why) as well tactical / hands-on problems (how we do it, and doing the work itself).
